This policy describes Fapple's current practices. It is not legal advice, is not described as attorney-reviewed, and does not guarantee compliance. Qualified legal counsel should review the service and these terms as the product and geographic availability change.
Platform scope
Fapple is an AI-generated and digitally created content platform. Uploaders must disclose AI/digital content honestly.
Limited launch publishing
Public user uploads are disabled. Internally reviewed videos must have rights evidence and approval before publication.
Confirmations
Uploaders must confirm they have rights, the content is AI/digital, it does not misleadingly impersonate a real person, follows guidelines, and does not include sexualized/exploitative/illegal minor content.
Deepfakes and impersonation
Do not depict real people saying, doing, endorsing, or experiencing things in a materially misleading, intimate, sexual, or harmful way without documented consent and required rights.
Misleading synthetic media
Do not deceive people about public-interest events, elections, emergencies, financial opportunities, legal rights, medical claims, or real-world evidence.
