Project status

Fapple is an unincorporated New Jersey project.

Fapple is an unincorporated New Jersey project founded by Samuel Rahovan and Henry Goldberg.

Agreement and 18+ eligibility

By selecting the 18+ confirmation, accessing Fapple, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Fapple.

Fapple is available only to people who are at least 18 years old. The entrance control is an age attestation, not identity or government age verification. If you are under 18, you may not access the feed or create an account.

Current service

Fapple currently provides an adults-only, curated short-video feed. Visitors may watch and share, and registered viewers may like videos and manage account and privacy controls. Public uploads, comments, messaging, payments, advertising, and creator publishing are disabled.

Fapple may add, change, restrict, or discontinue features. A feature shown in documentation is not a promise that it will remain available.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information, protect your password, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not share, sell, transfer, or automate access to an account. Fapple may require renewed acceptance when these Terms or the Privacy Policy materially change.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Contact Fapple promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, probe, scrape, crawl, or automate the service except with prior written permission or where applicable law cannot be waived. Do not bypass age, authentication, rate-limit, access-control, or media protections; manipulate ranking or engagement; use fraudulent credentials; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; or use Fapple unlawfully.

Reasonable use of ordinary browser features and sharing Fapple's public video links is permitted. These restrictions do not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Fapple content and intellectual property

Fapple and its licensors retain their rights in the service, branding, software, design, and curated media. Access gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the service for personal, lawful use. It does not transfer ownership or permit copying, republishing, commercial exploitation, model training, or creation of derivative collections.

Curated publication is conditioned on internal rights and safety review. Fapple records source and rights information for published videos, but a publication decision is not a representation that no third party can assert rights.

Moderation, suspension, and termination

Fapple may remove or restrict content and may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or the service, investigate abuse, respond to rights claims, or comply with law. Enforcement decisions may be made without advance notice when prompt action is appropriate.

Account deletion

Account settings provide data export, privacy-request, session-revocation, and account-deletion controls. Deletion removes credentials and viewer activity and anonymizes the account record. Fapple may retain narrowly scoped records when reasonably necessary for rights, safety, security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. Curated videos are not deleted merely because a viewer account is deleted.

Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, or withdrawn. Fapple does not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular feed order, preservation of a specific feature, or compatibility with every device or network.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Fapple is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fapple and the people operating the project are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Governing law and disputes

Fapple operates as an unincorporated New Jersey project. To the extent legally permitted, New Jersey law governs these Terms without overriding mandatory consumer protections or other non-waivable rights that apply where you live. No mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver is imposed by this version of the Terms.
