Safety Policy

This policy describes Fapple's current practices. It is not legal advice, is not described as attorney-reviewed, and does not guarantee compliance. Qualified legal counsel should review the service and these terms as the product and geographic availability change.

Users can report unsafe, infringing, misleading, exploitative, nonconsensual, age-uncertain, or abusive videos. Comments are disabled during limited launch.

Fapple may place content in safety review, reject videos, hide videos while reviewed, dismiss or action reports, and limit/suspend/ban accounts.

Content sexualizing, exploiting, endangering, or otherwise illegally depicting minors is prohibited and may be escalated. Nonconsensual intimate content, intimate deepfakes without consent, coercion, trafficking, stolen content, and performer consent disputes may trigger rapid restriction or removal.
